We are pleased to announce that Louise has received accreditation under the Resource Management Act from successfully completing (grade = excellent!) the Ministry for the Environment Making Good Decisions programme. Louise can now act as an Independent Commissioner for Hearings on resource consents, plan changes and/or designation changes.  Louise’s certificate is valid until December 2015.
